At the heart of this bass is a sapele body dressed in bookmatched santos rosewood veneers, front and back. The perfectly mirrored grain creates a striking visual balance, allowing the natural character and depth of the timber to become a defining feature of the instrument.

The 34" scale, two octave neck, has been fitted with 24 stainless steel frets offering a smooth, precise playing experience wth outstanding durability.  The neck itself is constructed from a carefully laminated combination of maple, ash and sapele, creating a strong and stable foundation whilst bringing together the individual characteristics of each timber.

A beautifully matched sapele fretboard completes the neck, providing a warm, natural appearance and a tactile playing surface

Precision hardware includes individual gold string saddles with 20mm string spacing and high quality tuners, selected for reliability, stability and accurate adjustment.
For the electronics, the bass features single coil pick ups with custom matching covers which ensure a classic visual character.

The headstock is a feature in it's own right with an exquisite burr walnut veneer which is  enhanced with a mother-of-pearl and abalone inlay. High quality tuners ensure dependable tuning stability and precise adjustment. A matching burr walnut cavity cover continues the detailing onto the rear of the bass ensuring that craftsmanship extends beyond what is immediately visible.

The bass is completed in a satin finish to preserve the natural beauty of the woods.

This is not simply a bass assembled from components, it is a one-off, handmade instrument where carefully selected materials, individual craftsmanship and fine detailing come together to create something with its own character, identity and presence.
