RED GUM

This is a bass guitar created to be as individual as the player who picks it up.

Hand-built with carefully selected timbers and a strong attention to detail. The striking Red Gum veneers across the front and back give the bass its distinctive visual identity.  The natural character and grain of the timber beautifully complements  the understated satin finish.

The sapele body and five piece laminated neck create a visually rich combination of contrasting woods, giving the instrument a sense of depth and character from every angle.

The laminated neck combines maple and sapele for stability and tonal balance. It is paired with a 34" scale length and a two octave maple fretboard.  The fretboard has a 20" radius and 24 nickel plated frets, offering a fast, modern playing feel.

Individual string saddles provide precise adjustment with 20mm string spacing at the bridge.

High - quality tuners ensure dependable tuning stability and precise adjustment.   

The voice of this bass is built around Seymour Duncan quarter pound high-output pick ups with matching covers providing a strong, articulate response with plenty of presence, allowing the bass to cut through with authority while retaining clarity and musical character.

Working alongside them is a Seymour Duncan active 3 band EQ which gives the player the freedom to shape the instrument's voice and find the perfect balance for their playing style.

The matching headstock completes the design, featuring mother-of-pearl and abalone inlays that add a subtle touch of individuality and craftsmanship.

Chrome hardware provides a clean contrast against the natural timber and satin finish.

This isn't a bass assembled from components. It is a complete instrument, carefully brought together with the intention of creating something genuinely distinctive.
